Love the product. Love the real time feedback and how fast we can react to make changes in our business. Meeting the Team in Miami was great! I would love to see a Mobile App for iOS and Android. Thanks for a awesome product!

Whilst NPS is a very effective tool for gauging customer feedback, CG does a good job at facilitating it for us. What I would like to additionally see is more interactive report builder using which we can generate customized reports.

I think it would be a great idea to have a training session even if it is an online video to show us ow to navigate through the Customer Gauge website and how to effectivly pull reports etc.

Great program for manager and the staff. I love the realtime responses for realtime recognition and rewards as well as coaching.
