Jennifer is a pro! She knows what she's talking about, very quick in her response and puts her self in our shoes. On the integration part we experienced several issues which have taken quit a lot of time to resolve. Partly because of our own fault, but next to that I would like to see a more pro-active attitude to solve issues.

visually inconsistent. A redesign and rethinking of UX is in place here. I cannot find what I'm looking for most of the time

Andrew has been wonderful to work with on our account. I have complete confidence that when an issue or new requirement is identified, Andrew will respond quickly with options to solve.

Though I have faith in the system I do not have the feeling I completely 'own' the system and that I can retrieve the results from the reporting tool and dashboard that I would like to have. The system also is limiting me in ways how I woul;d like to present the results. I feel I have to adjust to the system and the system doesn't meet my needs completely. A more extensive and more detailed support probably would help in making the reporting more useful and understandable.
