In the filter box, I would like to be able to pull one or more concepts out of a location to see the numbers without those concepts. Example. In Miami. I have 1 concept that is retail. I can easily get their numbers, but I haven't figured out how to get the rest of the location without that concept and having to do the math myself. I'd also like to see percentages for Detractor totals, not just the number of detractors.

All of the supervisors and managers make bogus surveys. The only exception is Ramona. It does no good telling the general manager or assistant general manager because they are the ones telling them to do it. I know because Snider has told me to go get receipts and do surveys because we need higher scores.

As you improve, information seems to be more readily accessible in a way that Associates could also see their daily scores , and be motivated.

Great tool to really measure our Guest loyalty. Very fast! Love the new Dashboard and Report Hub! One suggestion would be to create a mobile based app for Apple & Android as an option.

Please consider allowing both positive and negative responses. Now selecting any key points go to negative when could have been positives.

I think the Customer Gauge is a very useful tool that helps us know how our guest are responding to our service. And the feed back that the guest give lets us know what specific areas we need to improve in.
