I would choose Legacy ER over any hospital ER or urgent care facility. Hands down number 1 for patient care.

Mateo was PHENOMENAL!!!! WOW- never had this type of treatment at an ER before. I had to get moved to a hospital for a appendectomy, and he was so kind and made me feel calm about the whole ordeal as well as followed up the next day and asked how I was doing. He is just phenomenal. The lady who did my CT and the one who did my ultrasound were also great. And the doctor was great. The lady up front was so friendly and helpful upon my arrival. She could tell I was uncomfortable standing and she got me a wheelchair.

They should prescribe right medication when treating toddlers or they should have pediatrician on board. They prescribed wrong medication to hania.

The doctor told me a treatment plan at the beginning of the visit: my shoulder was dislocated and I was in immense pain and she said she would sedate me and try to get it in place and if she couldn’t then the orthopedic doctor would come to Legacy ER and help her get it back in place. However after she started and I consented to the procedure, the treatment plan completely changed. I was never sedated, and my shoulder was not put back in place. She didn’t bring in the orthopedic doctor like she said she would to try again or anything either, and my IV was pulled out of my hand without my consent, the nurse told me I was leaving “against medical advice”, even though I had no say in the matter, and I was told to go find care elsewhere. Legacy ER did not treat my shoulder like they said they would, they simply got my signature for consents for what they SAID they were going to do in order to get my money, but never actually followed through on what they said would be done. Waste of time and money! And I had to then go to another ER to get my dislocated shoulder put back in its place even after the time I was at Lagacy, because your nurses and doctors were incompetent and failed to carry out the treatment plan they had prescribed. Even after I followed up and asked for the orthopedic doctor to come in like the doctor had told me would happen, I was refused care and told that “she changed her mind and won’t be having him come to help me anymore”. Stupid. These people failed to treat a limb-threatening injury, failed to treat my pain, and only wanted my money. When I then had to go to another ER in order to get my shoulder put back in place, they were in shock that your ER would fail to treat its patient (me). Thank you for nothing!

Both the nurse and doctor were really great. We were in/out within 30 minutes which was amazing. Thanks again!
