It was my Fiancé and my second visit to Kuoni in Cribbs Causeway "The Mall". The staff couldn't have been more professional in their manner and surpassed all expectation. Their wealth of knowledge and experience was second to none and Jasmine Holt - who looked after us - was brilliant! Patient and willing to help at every turn.
