Kay was very helpful and knowledgable . It is a shame Kuoni on first look are not competitive in the price market but Kay was able to bring in a Competitive quite after further talks with head office . I feel a lot of people would not have bothered to come back to Kuoni and try and price match and would have simply Booked like for like with the cheaper agency. Kay was 100% great
