We have used Chichester Kuoni several times and we are always treated as valued customers even though we are older travellers, and that means a lot to us as usually we are 'invisible'! Kelly always looks for and finds the flights and times etc, and hotels and transfers that we like. Updates via email are prompt so we are kept in the loop.
